Survey Rules

The MyWawaVisit Customer Satisfaction Survey is an online questionnaire designed to enable customers to let us know what they think about Wawa stores and gas stations. In doing so, MyWawaVisit was aiming to improve customer relationships and shopping experiences at its stores.


To improve the overall quality of Wawa Inc. customer service, clients are invited to share their reviews. Feel free to share your opinion with them about how they perform regarding customer relations and quality of service. If you complete this survey, you will be entered in the Wawa sweepstakes and have a chance to win one of the $250 Wawa gift cards per state or one of the $100 Wawa gift cards per location.

What Are The Survey Rules?

You must follow certain rules in order to participate in the official survey. The rules are as follows:

  • Wawa employees, their families, sponsors, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, or promotion agencies are not permitted to take the MyWawaVisit satisfaction survey.
  • Participants under the age of 18 will not be accepted for the Wawa Customer Survey.
  • Cheating and fraud will not be tolerated.
  • Outside of the U.S. and where it is restricted by law, this survey has no validity.
  • By purchasing, you will not increase your chances of winning.
  • In this survey, participants from all 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, are invited to take part.
  • Per person, per mailing address, and per email address, one entry is allowed.
  • Under both criminal and civil laws, destroying or damaging the Wawa delivery guest satisfaction survey is illegal.
  • It is strongly advised that users refrain from providing false feedback based on partiality or prejudice.

  • Winning a prize requires fulfilling MyWawaVisit feedback requirements and following survey restrictions.
